Payment Method

All our prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We do not retain your credit card details once payment is complete.

Shipping & Handling

We ship Australia wide with StarTrack. We deliver using receipted receive. If you are not at home a card will be left. If you wish your delivery to be left, please leave instructions in the comments field during checkout. Please note we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Shipping cost is $15 (inc gst) per shipment Australia wide, with free delivery for orders over $149.00. Unfortunately we do not ship online orders outside Australia (but we’re working on it! – International buyers please email us with your requests at indulge@duck-creek.com.

Lead Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Your products will be hand packed to order to ensure the maximum freshness. Orders placed outside office hours will be processed first thing the next business day. If there are any delays or queries on your order we will email you immediately – so please ensure you leave a current email address with your order.

Returns Policy

Our orders are processed by people not machines so we take all care possible to ensure your order is correct, and securely packed. In the rare event of receiving damaged or incorrect goods, please let us know by email with 24 hours of receipt of goods.
